Our friendly and helpful centre staff are always on hand to offer you help, advice or assistance. Look out for them throughout the centre.

Cannon Park offers street level step-free entrances to allow easy access, with automatic doors for the ease of customers.

Wheelchair Service: We have wheelchairs available upon request. Please contact Security on 024 7669 0400 or the Tesco Customer Service desk on 0345 6779187 for more information.

Disabled Parking Bays: Cannon Park has 35 disabled parking bays close to the main entrance. There are also 4 bays in the Multi Storey Car Park at the rear of the centre.

Toilets and Baby Changing Facilities are situated near Boots at the De Montfort Way entrance. A photo booth is available opposite Greggs.

Please contact the security office on 024 7669 0400, or visit them on the 1st floor of Lynchgate House. Lynchgate House is located next to the main car park entrance of the shopping centre on Lynchgate Road.

High speed Wi-Fi is available at Cannon Park, simply select Cannon Park under Wi-Fi in your settings. Click here for T&Cs. Tesco Wi-Fi and other free Wi-Fi services are available.

The only dogs permitted in the Mall are assistance dogs, i.e. Guide dogs, dogs to assist those who are deaf, epileptic etc. These dogs must have a jacket on stating that they are assistance dogs and persons may be asked to show proof of such. All assistance dogs in the UK have an ID card.

The Centre Management and Security offices are located on the 1st floor of Lynchgate House. Lynchgate House is located next to the main car park entrance of the shopping centre on Lynchgate Road.
