Saturday 15th June is National Beer Day!
Celebrate with this refreshing cocktail, featuring Welsh ale, from Tesco (Serves 6).
Ingredients
4 x 500ml bottles The Rev James beer, chilled
100ml (3 1/2fl oz) apple and elderflower cordial
900ml (1 1/2pts) lemonade
Method
Pour the beer into 6 pint glasses. Add a tablespoon of cordial to each and top up with lemonade.
